The name comes from a touching family story. It is how the founder's little daughter, Margo, used to pronounce her own name, turning “Margo” into a warm, homely “Bago.”

Every BAGO home product is made at our own full-cycle manufacturing facility in Moscow, opened in 2016. This lets us control every stage — from formula development to final packaging — and guarantee consistently high quality.

It depends on the size of the room and how intense you want the fragrance to be:
- 40–50 ml — for small rooms (5–15 m²) or for a first introduction to a fragrance.
- 100 ml — for standard rooms (10–20 m²).
- 400 ml — for large rooms (40–60 m²) and public spaces.
How do I adjust the intensity of a diffuser?
Intensity is controlled by the number of reeds in the diffuser: the more reeds, the richer the scent. We recommend starting with 2–3 reeds and adding more if needed. The area a diffuser scents depends on its volume.
How long does a diffuser last?
That depends on the volume and the rate of evaporation. On average:
- 40–50 ml — about 1 month.
- 100 ml — 2–3 months.
- 200–400 ml — up to 6 months.
What are the diffuser reeds made of?
BAGO home uses fiber reeds made of pressed fiber. Unlike bamboo or rattan alternatives, they have no scent of their own and carry the fragrance composition perfectly.
How are BAGO home candles different from ordinary ones?
BAGO home candles are made from 100% soy wax, which is not a petroleum product. Compared with paraffin candles, soy candles burn longer, release no harmful substances or soot, and are biodegradable.
What are aroma cards?
Aroma cards are an innovative product made from EVA material, with the fragrance oils blended in during production rather than applied to the surface. They work for up to 6 weeks without heat or electricity and are ideal for a car, a wardrobe, or a travel bag.
Can BAGO home sprays be used on fabric?
Yes. BAGO home sprays are suitable for home textiles — curtains, cushions, sofas — when applied from a safe distance. The formula is built on a safe plant-based foundation.

What are BAGO home fragrances made of?
Every BAGO home fragrance is built on natural ingredients. The base is our unique plant-based “green” solution combined with high-quality fragrance compositions. There is no alcohol, ammonia, parabens or petroleum-derived ingredients in the formula.
Are the fragrances safe for children and pets?
All BAGO home products are made on a plant base with no alcohol, no parabens and no petroleum derivatives, and they suit homes with children and pets. If you know you are sensitive to particular ingredients, we recommend checking the composition on the pack before use.
Do the products contain any harmful substances?
No. BAGO home follows the principle of pure fragrance to the letter: no alcohol, no petroleum products, no parabens, no aggressive chemical ingredients. Every product undergoes strict quality control in our own laboratories.
Are the products tested on animals?
No. BAGO home does not test its products on animals — a reflection of our commitment to ethical production standards.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay online on the website by bank card, or in cash or by card on collection (for self-pickup orders).
How is delivery handled?
We deliver by courier across Moscow and the Moscow Region, and through carriers (CDEK, Boxberry, Russian Post) throughout Russia. In Moscow and the Moscow Region, couriers deliver to your door.
What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
- Moscow (inside the MKAD ring road): 399 RUB.
- Moscow Region and Moscow beyond the MKAD: 599 RUB.
- On orders over 15,000 RUB, delivery within Moscow and the region is FREE
- Across Russia: from 3 days; the cost is calculated in your cart
